How does booking work?

Start by using our service recommender to select your guest range, service style, and hours needed. Once you review your recommendation, you’ll submit your event details and continue to the matching deposit link to move forward with your booking.

Is my event date confirmed immediately?

Your event date is tentatively held once your reservation request is submitted. Your booking is not fully confirmed until your deposit is received and your event details are reviewed by our team.

What is included in service?

Service includes certified bartenders, bartending tools, tubs for ice, bar napkins, cocktail stirrers, garnish tray, juice containers, shopping list support, signature drink menu guidance, general liability insurance, and liquor liability insurance. Setup and breakdown time are also built into our service flow.

Do you provide alcohol?

No. Clients are responsible for purchasing alcohol. We can help guide you with a shopping list and planning support based on your guest count and service style.

How much is the deposit?

Deposit amounts depend on the service level and hours selected through the recommender. Your estimate and required deposit will be shown before you continue to payment.

When is the remaining balance due?

Remaining balances are due 7 days prior to the event date. Failure to complete final payment on time may result in cancellation of service.

Are deposits refundable?

No. Deposits are non-refundable. If an event is rescheduled 14 days or more before the event date, the deposit may be converted to store credit. Cancellations within 7 days or less forfeit the deposit.

What types of events require a custom quote?

Events requiring 7 or more service hours, events over 300 guests, or events needing more complex staffing or service arrangements may require custom review before approval.

Do you serve events throughout Atlanta?

Yes. We serve Atlanta-area private parties, weddings, celebrations, and curated events. If your venue is outside our standard range or requires special logistics, we’ll review those details as part of your request.

Can I request more than one bartender?

Yes. Staffing recommendations are based on guest count and service level, and larger events may require multiple bartenders. Our team will confirm final staffing based on your event details.

Will I receive a copy of my quote?

Yes. Once you submit your reservation request, we can send a copy of your quote and next steps by email so you have your event details, service recommendation, and deposit information for reference.

Can I leave a review after my event?

Yes. We’re currently refining the best way to collect and display client feedback. In the meantime, you’re welcome to contact us directly after your event to share your experience.
