Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking, purchasing, or using any services offered through Partini’s Events, bookpartinis.com, or related event tools, forms, emails, and companion app experiences.

By submitting a quote request, paying a deposit, signing an agreement, using our event tools, or booking services with Partini’s, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Partini’s provides mobile bartending, event support, curated bar service experiences, event staffing coordination, and related planning tools. Services may vary by location, event type, availability, staffing, and client needs.

2. Quotes, Estimates & Availability

Quotes and estimates provided through our website, recommender tools, emails, or forms are based on the information submitted by the client. Pricing may be adjusted if event details change, including guest count, service hours, location, staffing needs, travel, setup requirements, or event complexity.

Submission of a quote request does not guarantee availability. An event is not considered confirmed until Partini’s accepts the booking and any required deposit, agreement, or next steps are completed.

3. Deposits & Payments

Deposits are required to reserve event services. Deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balances, if applicable, are due according to the booking terms provided for the event, typically before the event date.

Failure to complete payment by the required due date may result in cancellation of services.

4. Reschedules & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. If a client requests to reschedule at least 14 days before the event date, Partini’s may allow the deposit to be converted into service credit for a future date, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of deposit and any paid amounts associated with staffing, preparation, or reserved service time.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, location, guest count, event type, access instructions, parking details, venue requirements, and any restrictions that may affect service.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the client is responsible for providing alcohol, mixers, ice, cups, garnishes, permits, venue permissions, and any legally required approvals for alcohol service.

6. Alcohol Service & Legal Compliance

Partini’s does not serve minors or visibly intoxicated guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest when necessary for safety, legal compliance, or responsible alcohol service.

The client is responsible for ensuring the event complies with applicable local laws, venue policies, alcohol rules, permits, and regulations.

7. Staffing, Timing & Service Conditions

Bartender arrival times, service timing, and event status updates may vary due to traffic, venue access, parking, weather, client readiness, or other conditions outside of our control.

Setup and breakdown time may be included in or added around the booked service window depending on the event agreement.

8. Companion App, Tracker & Digital Tools

Partini’s may provide digital tools such as event trackers, bartender status updates, event check-in forms, quote tools, or companion app experiences. These tools are provided for convenience and communication support.

While we aim to keep updates accurate and timely, digital tracker information may be delayed due to internet connection, device settings, app caching, or technical issues.

9. Gratuity

Gratuity is not always included unless specifically stated in the quote, agreement, or invoice. Clients may provide gratuity directly to bartenders or through approved payment methods when available.

10. Photos, Media & Event Content

Partini’s may request permission to use event photos, videos, reviews, or testimonials for marketing. We will not intentionally publish private client details without consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

Partini’s is not liable for damages, delays, losses, injuries, venue issues, guest behavior, alcohol misuse, weather disruptions, third-party vendor actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content, forms, tools, or branding for unlawful purposes.

13. Changes to Terms

Partini’s may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website, booking tools, or services means you accept the updated terms.

Booking Terms:Deposit Policy Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be converted to store credit if the event is rescheduled at least 14 days before the event date.
